Information messages are messages that you regularly need to send to groups.

TIP

An example could be: a message that lists the procedure to log a power failure with your municipality.

You can write such messages once and members can then access these message using the /info command.

The command will then list these messages using their names and members can then simply tap the relevant info button to view the information message.
